Position Responsibilities

The incumbent is expected to perform the following functions that the company has determined are essential to this position:

• Price Quotations
• Extensive verbal and written communication with customers
• Product line development
• Monitoring of customer credit status
• Sales order preparation
• Monitor delivery status of customer orders
• Build and maintain excellent customer relationships
• Prepare management reports
• Maintain customer records
• Investigate and resolve delivery problems
• Attend and assist in industry trade shows
• Other tasks and duties as assigned

Required Skills and Abilities

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Bi-Lingual, English, and Spanish a must. Fluent, business level communication abilities - writing, reading, and speaking.
• Must possess an excellent attitude towards customers and co-workers.
• Energetic and Assertive individual who is extremely well organized.
• Computer skills include Microsoft Word, Excel, and other MS applications.

Beneficial Skills and Experience

• Oracle
• 1-2 years Automotive Aftermarket experience a plus, but not required.
• Automotive-related college courses a plus.

Education/Training/Certifications

• Bachelor's Degree in International Business preferred
• Must be able to travel outside United States without visa or any other limitations.

Travel Requirements

• Approximately 30%
• Must be willing and available to travel to such locations and with such frequency as is necessary and desirable to meet business needs.
